Is this a worm?

I posted the first picture yesterday. I decided to add a zoomed in picture showing my concern. To me, it looks like a worm. But, I have only had chickens a few years and have never seen something like this! I don't want to deworm my flock if they don't need it. So, im hoping someone can tell me what is going on here. TYI

It doesn’t look like a worm to me, but some kind of egg yolk matter that has been passed in the dropping.
