Well this guy sounded like he crowed today too while we were hanging out with our birds in the coop. He didn't like it that my hubby was holding one of the other girls.

Sorry little guy, but you have to be rehomed.

Looks like a rooster to me! And definitely not a wyandotte! He looks shiny and healthy though.

My she that is now a he, is truly a rooster in deed. He must have known we were discussing him, because he has now developed crowing, in addition to being a bit more aggressive with my hens.

As we live in the city, he will be returning to the farm this weekend. We have a lady in the area who will take him and rehome him for us.
