are both of these wyandottes if so what color do you call this.

Wyandottes are supposed to have yellow legs, your birds do not. They look like they could be golden laced Wyandotte mixes to me.

Could be Golden Laced Wyandotte mixes, or just very poor quality Golden Laced Wyandottes (hatchery quality birds often have legs that aren't as yellow as they should be). But, I would lean towards them being mixes, as the body type is very off as well.
