Is this a young rooster or a hen?

The first 4 pics is the same one. It has little horns that are starting to come in on his leg...so yah. and the last 2 are 2 different ones. they also have little horns coming in.

all pullets, roosters would be a different color. one with a white neck is a silver duckwing, other is a gold duckwing. Either phoniex or OEG.

All are pullets. Cockerels don't even start to get spurs until they are 6 months old, sometimes even hens get spurs too.

They look like pullets to me too. All chicks have those little "spur" things on their legs, if that's what you're worried about.

I'm not worried...disappointed.. I wanted a rooster.
