Again this egg is on day 8

It does look a little bit big. Was it a shipped egg? It looks kind of uneven as well. What is your humidity at? Have you been misting the eggs?

I just had a 100% hatch of chicks (but not ducks) there were 5 wacky air cells that looked just like that, they all hatched. I just kept a really close eye on the air cell and adjusted my humidity as best I could. No problems hatching out.

Yup it's a shipped egg

humidity is 55% and i have been taking a damp sponge and wiping it once a day

Maybe try to up it a little bit? I did mine at 70%. I think the 'norm' is around 60ish. It is not too bad, but I would watch it and see if it get's too much bigger too fast. Do you just have duck eggs in there? I have seen some people set the duck eggs on top of a wet washcloth to help with the humidity in them. What kind is it?

I have about 16 or 17 chicken eggs in the bator with it.... the chickens eggs i am moving to another bator to hatch this up coming Tuesday

will the chicken eggs be ok if i up the humidity to 60% right now?

and it's a Khaki egg

i candle the duck eggs atleast every 3 days keeping and eye on the air cell but so far it's been the same.. i know it's gonna get bigger as the incubation goes on .. i had a duck egg like this once before with a large air cell and it ended up hatching around day 24 i guess it ran out of space?

The chickens are hatching like this Tuesday? Like 3 days from now? Shouldn't you be moving them to the hatcher anyway?

Oh know Tuesday is day 18 for them

i move them on Tuesday to the hatcher
