Is this Ameraucana a hen or rooster??

She/he was injured so it is currently separated from the flock- started to notice the tail flare and if he’s a rooster, I don’t want him to be hurt again by my other one. I bought this chicken thinking I was getting a hen. Thanks for your help.

There are no male specific saddle or hackle feathers.
