Is this an aggressive rooster or hen?

Hello all!
I am new to raising silkies... I have 5 month old silkies and today two were brutally fighting, pecking each other’s heads.
The picture is of the aggressor....
I think he’s a Rooster but what do you think?
I have separated him but.... just want to make sure he’s a roo and not a mean hen... thx

Comb size pretty large. I think cockerel.

That's a rooster. Silkie hens don't get much comb at all. At 5 months of age, with that much comb, and even some red in it, that's a rooster.
