Thank you everyone. I hope all goes well trying to raise him. I have 27 pullets the same age as this cockerel and four 14 month old hens with 1 partridge Cochin bantam rooster. Not sure how the little rooster and this new one will get along.

he's an easter egger..... he follows none of the breed standards for an ameraucana. As a result, without pics, I'd speculate that your other ones are also easter eggers.
