The only thing I knew about this cockerel when I got him was that his mom is 1/2 Thai and the rest is unknown. His legs are colored and he does have a pea comb (or what I think is a pea comb). He will be staying with my flock so in time when his offspring lay eggs I guess I will know if he passed on the blue/green egg gene but what do you guys think? Could his dad have been an Easter Egger or Ameraucana?

Not a pea comb, but a small single comb. He's definitely an interesting little guy, but he's lacking a lot of the Ameraucana/EE traits. Ameraucana and most birds with Ameraucana ancestry have pea combs (cockerels have 3 rows of 'peas'), and muffs. Both are dominant. Most Easter Eggers have been cross bred with yellow skinned birds giving their legs a greenish tint. I think your bird is just mix breed. With that comb, if he does have Easter Egger or Ameraucana in him, it's not likely that he got the blue egg gene.
This is my EE cockerel at about 12 weeks old to give you an idea of what a pea comb looks like.

I agree.
