Is this an Easter egger?

We got him as a chick at Atwoods and they said it was an Easter egger. Just checking on your opinions, because I've seen some pics of roosters that look just like him and I'm not sure if they are Easter Eggers too?

He's an EE. The color pattern appears to be silver or gold duckwing, and it is common to several breeds.

I didn't know roosters molted! I guess that makes sense.
