Is this an internal pip?

I was checking my duck eggs today (day 22) and the air cell looks different is this a pip? And if it is do I need to start lockdown?

I’m day 24 and I had that yesterday and still today I have been asking the same but cudnt get a photo of it like you have! I think it might be shadowing as duck is attempting to break membrane but was told not to turn it anymore so I’m interested for any duck expert answers too!
