With an internal pip you're looking for the shadow of the ducklings head/bill. I think what you're seeing is just a bruise on the eggshell.

Ok! I wasn’t sure. I had the worst luck w my last 2 hatches & was trying to stay on top of these. I didn’t see the beak around that spot. I have about 5 that have that & I just wanted to get opinions. They still are moving so I’m hoping for a successful hatch!
