Is this an Old English Game banty chick?

I bought four chicks from a lady who got them as part of a straight run. She's pretty sure that they are Old English chicks since they are so much smaller than the rest. I'm just not sure myself though. They are tiny for being nearly four weeks old, but how else can I tell if they really are OE's?

Yes thats an OEGB, I have some just like that and my brother thought I had baby quail at first.
