Is This An Oops Dude?

Got multiples of several breeds from McMurray this spring. This is supposed to be a Delaware sexed pullet.

However...the other two Delaware pullets don't have the big comb and developing wattles. They are 8.5 weeks old.

Did I receive an oops?

I was going to grab a body shot, but looks unanimous here.
As I suspected, this ones not going to lay eggs!

Curious, how often have you found the hatchery to make a mistake?
I also have same age Sussex, Jersey, Orpington, and a GLWyandotte. Would I be seeing similar characteristics emerging by now in these birds if any of them were an oops?
I currently have 9 adult hens, one rooster. I'm hoping this guy will get along just fine with the 12 hopeful pullets and adult rooster. 6 bantams that are close in age and not sexed, also hopeful everyone will coexist.
