Don’t mind her wet bottom. She had pasty butt and I cleaned her all up and while doing so I noticed this black hard piece strongly attached. Didn’t come off after soaking her tush in warm water like the poop did. I just hope it’s normal and ok. Thoughts and advice are appreciated.

It's a little hard to tell in the photo as she is so wet, but it looks to be the location of the scab where the abdominal cavity closed...so yes, the naval.
