Is this an unabsorbed yolk sack or should i be more concerned??

Just picked up these chicks today and some including this had a little pasty butt. Never seen this before on any other chicks I've gotten.
Some also had a black dot in this same area. Im worried they might had a disease or something

I'm not sure I'm seeing it correctly but is that coming out of its vent? They shouldn't be still externally absorbing their yolk a day after hatching.

I believe that's a prolapsed vent. If that's what's going on, you can put a little bit of coconut oil on a Q tip and try work it back in. You might have to hold it for a few minutes as it'll just come right back out at first. I had one like this and had to keep working at it for days. A dab of Preparation H may help too.
