Is this Angel Wing?

I just bought this duck at a swap a few months ago, and he free ranges here. He just went through a molt and today he looked like this. He eats all kinds of bugs here in addition to Purina layer crumbles. He's about a year old.

What should I do?

Did you just notice this? If so, I would give it a few more days.

Looks to me like a single feather out of place. Give it a few more days.

Thanks. It's on both sides. He just molted the feathers that were clipped (I saw them around the yard) and those ones grew in.
