Is this baby a frizzle?

A local breeder has silkies available. Is this baby a frizzle? I'm not sure how to tell this early. Thanks!

You can't tell at that age. If the wing feathers curl outward as they grow then it is a frizzle. If they grow in straight, then not a frizzle. It's going to take time to tell.

One of it's parents is a silkie and one is a frizzle. I was hoping it had inherited the frizzle gene from it's mom.
