Is this BCM roo or pullet

Is it something I am feeding her that makes her mature faster

I forgot to add my usual disclaimer that I'm new and you should wait for others to chime in.

I was basing my opinion on this pullet who has had the same size wattles since she hit 12 weeks old and started laying at 16 weeks. She is now 21 weeks and the only one laying so far. I have another pullet her age that hasn't started laying yet.

I 100% agree with you on the gender but I will disagree on the coloring. BCM are much lighter in color (speaking from experience as someone who raised them). They also have dark shanks. Here’s some pictures of males at 13 weeks and ultimately as a rooster. They’re much lighter in the hackles and saddle. Please note my rooster had improper leakage on his chest but the color of his other areas is still evident. The OP’s bird is likely a mix of some sort

I have them also, (I was thinking bcm but not good quality) but of course, a mix is very probable too!
I have one with off coloring I think is a melanin issue. He isn't used for breeding, but he had leakage and colors like that as a young roo.
