Is this black australorp a rooster?

This is one of my 2 Australorp pullets that were from a local hatchery and is possibly about 3 1/2 to almost 4 months old. I put her in with March chicks due to her size when I bought her as an almost 2 week old chick in the left over bin. The head is a little fuzzy as she moved at the crucial moment.

Thanks for all of your answers. sigh...What am I going to do with him. it is illegal to keep rooster in NYC. If he starts to make a lot noise, my neighbors will complain.
