Is This Blood??

So i came home from doing some running around and checked the nest box to grab the last egg of our 4 hens and noticed a line of what could be blood on the shell.
After opening up the main doors to the coop looking into nest boxes i noticed this..
Any Ideas?
Im going to take a deeper look at the hens
tomorrow and see which one it could be.
Maybe she clipped her wing on something judging by the way its streaked around in the upper part of the nest box.

Someone could have gotten their comb pecked and shook it around, but I would look carefully for any bloody mucus from the beak since the respiratory disease ILT can cause bloody mucus to be slung around. The chicken would obviously look sick, and might be coughing,gasping, or gaping. Let's hope it was just an injury.
