most likely. They don't form air pockets if they aren't fertile.

All eggs have an air cell, fertile or not.

Your light source is insufficient, and is not producing enough light to show the interior of the egg beyond the cell.

Looks like there is a chick in there to me! That's what my EE eggs look like when they are incubating. If it wasn't developing it would be much clearer.

Have you candled the egg earlier in development? Were you able to see through it at that point with that light? Without brighter light the comparison is what I would go off of. But I am no expert by any means.

I didn't have a very good light and some of mine looked like that... and they hatched. Yep 3 out 4 were roosters!
