She (1 yr old RIR) has been lethargic and pale comb for a few days. No mites for bugs that we can detect and the rest of the flock is healthy, active with no signs of illness, it's only her.
She would eat a little yesterday but not today
She just dropped this stool and it looks like an egg to me with no shell.
I'm not sure she's going to make the night from what she looks like now.

How is your hen today?
Do you know when she last laid an egg?

I would feel the abdomen for bloat/swelling or fluid. Would be a good idea to feel inside the vent for an egg while you are at it. Check the crop to see if it's emptied overnight.

Could be a bit of egg in the poop there. It's not normal. I have seen similar poop in my hens that have had reproductive problems. The little bits are concerning as well, have you ever wormed her? Get a fecal float if possible.

I have seen droppings like that in a couple of older hens with reproductive disorders. Has she laid eggs recently, or had any abnormal egg shells? The yellow material might be urates that appear yellow, which can be seen in ascites or liver failure, or it could be a little egg material. If vet care is available that would be good. But for many of us, it isn’t possible I second the recommendation for a fecal test if available. You can also order a test kit on Amazon to test for worms and parasites. Some people try antibiotics as a shot in the dark during an illness like this. Fish Mox (amoxicillin) sometimes can be found at TSC in capsule form, and is available online. Offering cooked egg, wet chicken feed, tuna or salmon are some foods to tempt her to eat. If she could possibly be suffering from coccidiosis, Corid (amprollium) can be given in the water for 5-7 days.
