Is this buff a roo?

I got my chickens in May and I thought I had all of the roosters weeded out and rehomed. However, in the last 2 weeks, this buff got suddenly huge (it's been runty and small since it got pasty butt at 5 days), scraggly looking, jumping on my one laying hen and *someone* is attempting some sort of crow in the morning but I haven't been able to get out there in time to see who it is. I didn't get good comb pics but the long feathers and that it looks completely different from my other buff has me wondering. Opinions, please?

What I look for is the top 2 tail feathers starting to point down & start to cover the other tail feathers, & a separation in the hackle feathers. I see both, so I would say,..... roo.

Roo. My BO did the same thing. Pretended to be a hen for a long time, then all of a sudden saddle and hackle feathers!

Lemon is 100% cockerel. Those saddle feathers are a dead giveaway.
