Weird bump on eye

Hi I have a almost 3 month old hen and she has a weird red bump on her eye. I have also seen that her eye is watering. What should I do.

It could be fowl pox scabs from mosquitoes that is a virus lasting a few weeks. Or it could be peck wounds. There are also bubbles/foam in the eye. It could be from the fowl pox or it could be from a respiratory disease called mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) Don’t disturb the scabs as it can spread the pox virus. I would flush the eye with saline, dab it clean with a tissue, and apply a small dab of Terramycin or plain Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment twice a day. Here is some reading about fowl pox:
