Can anybody tell from the pictures if this is a maile or femail Buff?

He's handsome!

I think he's a roo. Here's our young Buff rooster.

We had two buffs(same age)..... One bigger, matured faster, def. dominate, bigger comb, wattle, but did not get the big rooster tail our other roosters did-and, of course, he crowed.
So he went to live elsewhere and other Roos culled. Now this one crows. Is it true some hens crow? Either way I guess it will have to go as we live in town!
