Is this Bumblefoot? Please Help!

Do you think it's a healthy scab? If so, will it become skin eventually? Why is it dark brown?
It doesn’t look like an infection per say but i wouldn’t say it looks healthy either. I’m unable to tell if it will go back to its normal color so for now I would say Epsom salt baths, antibiotic cream, and monitoring can’t hurt.

Ok, I'll soak it with Epsom salt. However, please note that its only on one of the toes and I've tried my best. I'm super new to this. Thank you for your help. If I Epsom Salt soak it, will the infected area heal? Or will it fall off and regrow healthy skin?
Yes. It will help it if it’s something that can heal.

Hydrogen peroxide isn’t good to use on a daily basis, it will ruin any healthy skin or repairs to the foot.

I would do epsom salt soaks every day then dry the foot and do the antibiotic ointment... IF it were the beginning of this. But this has gone on for so long that it’s already taken most of the foot. I wouldn’t honestly mess with it and I would find a vet. This is quite a serious matter.

Ok, thanks! I will do that then.

A vet won't be an option though. I will let you know once I get Epsom salt and I monitor 3 times a day. Should I bandage the wound still or let it be exposed to oxygen? Since, I know wounds heal faster when exposed to oxygen

Expose it to oxygen. May be the bandaging that’s not letting it heal because the wound isn’t able to breathe.

Okay, thanks. What should the temperature of the water be at? And how much salt do I mix with the water?

Her toe wasn't completely gone that morning. But the front of her toe wasn't viable. There wasn't circulation in that area. We were able to save the middle of her toe though. She limps a little bit. She seems healthy expect the fact that she limps a little bit. Someone else said it was an infection? That worries me. Do you think it's true?
I agree with FortCluck that a vet visit would be ideal, if only to give you an idea as to what’s actually going on there. It’s hard to say with pictures and descriptions (which is why vets need to actually see their patients haha!) but in the absence of a vet willing or able to see her, you could try treating her similar to a Bumblefoot with the Epsom salt soaks and antibiotic ointment. I see a fair bit of what appears to be scar tissue on the rest of her foot that is visible in the pictures, and as I mentioned, amputated digits take a long time to heal. If you soak her and that scab comes off (don’t really try to get it off, but if it comes off on its own) you may be able to get an idea of what the tissue underneath looks like. If it’s healing well and the tissue looks good, medicinal honey may actually be a better option to promote healing.
Birds are different than mammals, but I can tell you that the critters I’ve seen with amputated things, be it intentional or not, take a lonnng time to look “normal”. Had a barn cat that got his tail ripped up and eventually had about 2/3 of it fall off all necrotic; he had antibiotic courses and anti inflammatory drugs as needed, but it took him about 3-4 months to form new tissue over the end. A tail is a bit bigger an appendage than a toe, but still expect it to take time.

Should say right on the bag or container of epsom salt. It’ll be the same as you would do for yourself if you were soaking your feet.

Room temp basically baby milk temp.
