Is this bumblefoot?

The top of her of foot is swollen but not the bottom. There also appears to be no scab or opening.

Could you get a pic of the bottom? It could be bumblefoot, it could be a splinter or something too.

could be beginning stages of bumble foot. Keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse, spreads to the bottom, and or you see a scab, treat it as soon as possible.

I’d take AM’s advice below!

could be beginning stages of bumble foot. Keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse, spreads to the bottom, and or you see a scab, treat it as soon as possible.

Does she walk ok?

It does look like Bumblefoot which is an infection of the foot.
I'd soak her feet in epsom salts daily to see if the inflammation goes down.

She kind of hops on one foot, but does walk on it as well.
