She’s quite weak and I think she has more going on than this… I’m taking in a fecal sample today so hope to know more later.

If it is it’s very small. You can take a brush or screw driver tip and see if it’ll chip/wipe off. It may be a fleck of mud. If it doesn’t or it has a core attached to it then it’s prob the beginning. I’ve had lots of these issues that looked like that but wiped away and was only mud.
