Is this bumblefoot

My easteregger started with what looked like a blister on its toe but is growing.
I have been soaking in epsom salt and wrapping with neosporin.
She doesnt favor it nor has it slowed her down. Im going to call the vet unless I can get some good advice here. Any help would be appreciated.

That definitely looks like bumblefoot. There are a lot of threads here on BYC about various ways to treat it. You need to remove the scab (dark spot) and get the pus out. If you didn't know, chickens' pus is a solid, cheese-like substance, not liquid.
