I cannot tell if you're talking about (from our perspective) the left foot which could have a small lesion in the webbing or the right foot which might be swelling but it is hard to tell with the camera's perspective.
If there is swelling, find the place (lesion/scab). This is often on the bottom of the foot. Then, follow some of the bumblefoot treatment guides on this website.
Also, bumblefoot is more visible from the underside of the foot normally. If you are doing this solo without a second pair of hands, wrap the chicken in a towel with the legs sticking out behind the chicken and give room for the chicken's head so you can access the feet without struggle.
