Coturnix quail are so much larger than buttons that it's really not a good idea. The coturnix are likely to kill the button.

so i have had a hard time getting buttons and i don't think i will be able to find her a mate..will she feel lonely if i kept all by herself?

They are social creatures. She will need a mate, or at least a companion.
