Is this chick dead?

This is my first time incubating and they’re on day 6.
I candled and found some alive ones and also this. Is this dead?

Also, here’s where my incubator is at pretty consistently

Am I doing anything wrong on that side of things?

Not sure on the incubator temp, as I hatch in an incubator with no temp gauge, or naturally , but the egg looks alive to me

Do you have additional thermometers in the incubator, those incubators are notoriously wrong and have hot and cold spots.

I'm seeing some light veining. Keep in the incubator until day 10 and the recandle.

no i dont, would you recommend just a mercury thermometer to be put inside?

I would not due to the chance of breakage. Can you get one off of Amazon or perhaps in a Five and Dime type store? If you can afford a Govee, they are great and can be connected to your phone so you can check the temp anytime.

We have a couple cheapies and a couple Govees. They come in handy in the brooder too.

Here is one of the cheapies I have to give you an idea. They work great in my opinion.
