Is this chick ok??? With pic

Chick hatched last night and when I was taking out to brooder I saw this
It’s just below the vent- I thought it was at first
I hope it’s just the umbilical chord coming off and not some of its insides coming out
It looks like a prolapse of some sorts but I really have no clue!
Please help as it’s a gorgeous little chick
