Is this chick shrink wrapped?

We had 16 quail eggs and 6 chicken eggs in the incubator for our first test since we set it up.
We had our first chick hatch at noon of day 17, so today, two days later we had 14/16 quail and 1/3 chicken eggs hatch, with 3 of the chicken eggs not being fertile and removed at the beginning of lockdown.
Being 2 days later, I was worried that the first chicks to hatch would be needing some food and water soon, so we quickly got out the chicks that were in there, added some warm water to the bottom and moved the remaining eggs to the middle where we could see them through the viewing window. That was when I noticed that the 2 remaining quail eggs both had some activity. One had pipped and I could see the beak working at the shell, the other has a small cracked spot which I assume is the start of a pip. It's been about 10 hours since then and there's been no noticable progress since. The one chick that was part way through zipping looks like it is still trying, but doesn't seem to be making any headway and the other with the small crack hasn't changed at all.
Does the picture look like it's been shrink wrapped from us opening the incubator? Do we need to up the humidity even higher to help it along? Do we leave well enough alone and let it do it's own thing? How long do I let the one half way zipped before I try helping him out, which would be the last option after everything else?

Any advice, suggestions or help is appreciated.

I think it looks just fine. Quail rest after pipping forever. Give him time.
