Is this chicken a hen or rooster?

I have a Quail Belgian Bearded D'anver chick that hatched last year and I don't know if it is a hen or rooster

I'm not familiar wirh this breed but she looks like a hen to me. Nice even coloring, rounded feathers, skinny legs.

Last year and it’s not crowing or laying? Is that normal for this breed?

That is a hen because there is no curled tail, saddle and hackle feathers. Curled tail, saddle and hackle feather are rooster feather.

A rooster mostly would have crow by now.

It looks like a pullet. But, are you sure of both parents being Quail Belgian Bearded D'anver?

I already registered the chicken as a roo for county fair but I have gotten it wrong before last year and signed up a roo as a hen

If that chicken hatched last year, that's a hen

While there were Rhode Island Reds with the D'anvers I had a hen and roos of booth breeds out there. I think that it is a D'anver hen that layed her eggs but it was Rhode Island Red hen that hatched and raised the chick but I don't know that it is a full D'anver
