Is this chicken egg fertile?

I have 2 silkies a boy and a girl kept with my 2 Rhode island reds and 2 black bantam. I got my 2 Rhode island eggs this morning and cracked them open and this is what I saw the one I think definitely has a bullseye but not shure about the other. Can someone please help me identify if they are fertile?
