Is this chicks feathers from pecking?

Curious as to why her feathers are looking this way.

No I don't think this is feather pecking. It's just how her feathers are growing all birds are different but she should fill out. I've had this before, here is one of mine as it grew it developed normal looking feathers ~

My black Wilkie is like Yorkshire coops. However my white silkie is like the black omen but missin more towards the fold. Shasta I think is potentially a pecking issue as I saw a buff orph peck at it when I was cleaning. I'm trying to see how to clean it and what to do. First time chicken mom at this early of a stage.
