Is this coccidiosis or something else?

I treated all of my chickens for coccidiosis 2 weeks ago when one of my hens started showing symptoms. After a week of treatment she was back to normal, but this morning it looks like everything I did was useless. She’s back to being droopy and listless. The difference though was the milky white poop. Is the white poop a normal sign of coccidiosis? I know bloody poop/diarrhea are but haven’t seen anything about white. I’m treating the flocks again this week. She’s also eating on her own, but I’m not sure if she’s drinking voluntarily

Did you do the followup five day Corid treatment after waiting a week after the first round? It's possible coccidia have hatched and have recolonized the intestines.

Blood in poop is a sign of inflammation and possible infection and white, milky poop is also a sign of that. You can get a definitive answer as to whether the coccidia are back by taking a poop sample to a vet and having them run an inexpensive fecal float test.

I'll take a sample to a vet after my classes to get it tested, and I didn't know that I was supposed to do a follow up treatment. Thank you so much!

How is she?
