Is this Cochin an rooster?

Our cochin looks like a rooster and we saw her mounting one of our rhode island reds. It isn't crowing and has not shown any signs of aggression. Its actually the most tame and lets us pick it up. I couldn't find the male leg nails that i read roosters have

He's 100% rooster. Those slender pointed neck feathers (hackles) and tail feathers, and feathers just above the tail (saddles, and the huge red comb and wattles are indicators.
 
rooster. Cochins are known for being docile, gentle giants and are also slower to mature. He'll crow eventually.
 
He's a beautiful rooster but we have to get rid if him. : / Out if respect of our neighbors we don't want to have a crowing rooster. Luckily the lady we purchased them from is going to take him back.
 
He's gone...sad day wish we could of kept him. The last two days since he left our hens have been panicing looking for him in all their hiding spots...
