Is this considered "blue"?

Was not sure..I'm new to this "color" thing..but I THINK it's blue...

Only a few hours old and still sticky with yolk...but still cute!!

Btw this little chick had a tough start..it was the last to hatch and was stuck in the egg. I had to assist, and it took awhile for it to
learn to walk, I was thinking it had spraddle leg, and it actually did for awhile. Luckily it got stronger and got up and started chirping
for everyone else (the rest were already taken to the brooder). So I am very happy it is alive and doing so well
