Is this coop too small for my 10 chickens?

Way too small for that number and those breeds. It's very pretty but more suitable for rabbits or bantams.

Just get a garden shed and put some roosts amd nest boxes in it. Easier to clean. You can build a covered walk-in run around it, and it will give them enough space to roost, lay and run around when you aren't free ranging and protect them when it is bad weather.

I'm sorry, but that is far too small -- especially for larger birds like Brahmas. Additionally, there is no effective ventilation in those coops.

Each adult, standard-sized hen needs:

4 square feet in the coop,
10 square feet in the run,
1 linear foot of roost,
~ 1/4 of a nest box,
And 1 square foot of permanent, 24/7/365 ventilation, best located over the birds' heads when they're sitting on the roost.

So for 10 birds, you need at least,

40 square feet in the coop -- 5x8, minimum. 6x8 is more practical to build with less waste (building materials come in multiples of 4 feet), and 8x8 would be even more practical to build and offer more flexibility to incorporate storage, etc.,

100 square feet in the run -- 10x10 or 8x12. 10x12 if you want to give those big girls a little more elbow room,

10 linear feet of roost. With this many hens it might be good to have two roosts so that the subordinate birds can roost away from the more dominant birds,

3 nest boxes,

And 10 square feet of ventilation, again, ideally located above their heads when they're sitting on the roost. The pop door that's closed at night and any windows that are closed in the winter don't count. :)

While they are small, it’s ok. However, before the end of summer you’ll want another solution.

1. Chickens want to be together, so they will try to cram into one coop.

2. The run space is too narrow. Pecking order is real, and there isn’t any space for a lower pecking order hen to be able to stay the proper/respectful distance from the higher pecking order chicken(s). This will lead to the higher pecking order hen to reprimand the other... a anyway with 10 hens, it will be too tight anyway.

3. The Brahmas will be big when full grown. I think the other breed is regular size.

use this time before they are full grown to learn their behavior and determine best set up for you. This coop you bought isn’t useless, it should get you through a few months snd will work well if you need to separate a hen or two in the future or are introducing new chicks.

another option is to ditch brahma's and consider quail. I think that coop would be best suited for some quails size wise.
