Is this cutaneous mareks?

What do I do with my current flock other than separate this one - all between 10-17 weeks? I’m not sure if they’ve been vaccinated. They’re from a combination of tractor supply or other local backyards.

I can sanitize their coop. But If they have it, there’s nothing I can do? Some will live, some won’t? And will they just live shorter lives?

I think that it could be squamous cell cancer or Mareks. I am not a vet, but just making a guess. But you would need to put the chicken down, and have your state vet perform a necropsy to get a diagnosis. Here are some pictures about squamous cell cancer:
