Is this dewormer safe to use?

I don't think that would be the best wormer. Many species of worms are species specific. Meaning what works for a dog may not work on a Chicken worm species. Though I don't have chickens so I can't verify that.

Thanks for your input! Do you know of a dewormer for chickens? I have been searching and can't find one! Someone told me use safe guard and this is the one I found but wanted to make sure it was okay to use.

Administer orally undiluted, use a syringe without a needle. Dosage is 1cc for giants, 3/4cc for large fowl, 1/2cc for standards, 1/4cc for smaller birds. Repeat dosing in 10 days. There's a 24 days withdrawal period from start to finish.

I really try to stay natural, however, there are times that I use conventional meds. For chicken worms I us DE (diatomatious earth) and mix it with their food. I put a lot to where their food is almost white. I've found, that in three days or less their poop is back to normal. I have a bag on hand at all times, and I don't have to worry about any pests getting into it.
Also, it's good for 'exterior' pests like mites. I use a water tub filled with play sand and DE for them to 'dust bathe'. Or, if they have a favorite dusting hole, put some DE in it.

DE wont kill worms in chickens.

check the active ingredients in the dog wormer, I believe its the same as for the goat wormer, if its also 10%, then the dosing would be the same as well. The safeguard horse wormer is .
