Ok what to do.
No greens , peas, oatmeal or vitamins in the water. Until they get bigger. Then just small amounts.
Commercial feed has all the vitamins chicks/chickens need. To many greens and you'll get the runs and so will they. Even the big girls. Diet CAN affect your eggs so go easy on this stuff.
Vitamins are fine on OCCASION. Not everyday or every week perhaps once a month if that. TO MANY VITAMINS CAN CAUSE KIDNEY PROBLEMS. I wonder how many sick birds are due to over doing the meds and stuff. I usually put some in the water for one day and then change back to just water. Even ACV can be over done and need not be put in the water everyday.
Cocci is normal in all chickens but the medicated feed is to help them build up their immunity system, it is NOT a cure. I rarely use medicated feed and have had no problems. I might use it for the first few weeks.
Remember the feed folks have spent years developing feed and it has everything for healthy chickens. It's the other stuff they eat while ranging and what we throw to them that throws off the system and we need to balance that. Remember less is better.
Read about the different types of grit so you can avoid "sour crop".
I wish you success and a pleasant chicken experience.
