It appears that way to me. Day 24 though is rather late. Perhaps your incubator is off on its temperature?

I hope it externally pips soon!

Can you see any movement at all? Does the egg still feel warm after some time outside the incubator?

With this picture of day 24 of incubation and with the amount of space and liquid left I am afraid that it died around day 17/18.

Did the others hatch already?

What was the humidity during the incubation?
