Yep, cockerel. Spurs may not come for many, many moons but that comb tells you all you need to know.

At 6 weeks old, there is no possible way that chick is female. Pullets don't start to turn red in the comb until they are almost ready to lay eggs, usually around 14 to 18 weeks old.

Probably give him to a someone who can have roosters. Hopefully for one or two of his chicks.
