Is this EE a hen or a roo?

Eleanore is about 3 months old, and I'm wondering if she is a he. She is definitely the head chicken, and she seems to look out for the others. Is she just being mama hen, or is she actually a roo?

She's head hen. By 3 months, you can definately tell an EE rooster.
