Is This Egg Bound??

I have an almost 2 year old Easter Egger who, for the past 24 hours, I think is showing signs of being egg bound. My son pulled an empty soft shelled egg late yesterday afternoon and again this morning. Her vent is still pulsing and she is not interested in food or water. We gave her about a 20 minute warm soak this morning. Even after resting she is still lethargic, and not interested in food and water. Could this be something other than egg bound?
