is this egg fertile? I thought i had all hens.

After cracking a freshly laid egg that I had to pry away from my young layer, I noticed this small circle in the yolk that I had always assumed meant an egg was fertile (from pictures I've seen online.) The problem is that I thought all of my ladies were ladies. If anyone could tell me if this is a fertile egg or not I will be able to figure out if I've got an imposter in the coop. Thanks!

Its hard to see but up near the top right.

All eggs have a white spot on them. A fertile egg will have a ring around the spot.
